At LOGICERT LOGISTICS LTD, we provide digital compliance and certification support services. As our services are non-tangible and customized, our refund policy is as follows:

No Returns:
Due to the nature of our services, we do not accept returns once the service has been initiated or completed.

Refund Eligibility:
Customers may request a refund only under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet been started.

  • The customer cancels the request within 24 hours of payment.

  • We are unable to proceed with the service due to internal limitations.

Non-Refundable Cases:
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The service has already started or been completed.

  • Delays caused by third parties (such as laboratories or regulatory authorities).

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  • Rejection of certification due to non-compliance of the product.

Partial Refunds:
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted depending on the stage of the service.

Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
